Embroidery As A Service - WAC Equipment Partnership

• The Club would purchase this machine and have it shipped to our place of business here in Kentucky. In return, we would enter into an agreement to produce all the promotional and club related embroidery at COST of SUPPLIES. Further, once the WAC SWAG is added to the WAC Website, 100% of the profits on embroidered products would go to the club
  • This is facilitated by the online store having its Merchant Account already tied to the club’s Stripe account.
• The Payback to the club would be calculated based on the PROFITS generated by sales of WAC-SWAG; as all work will be done at COST; a baseline of $5.50/piece will be used as the basis for repayment. On a worse-case scenario, this equates to approximately   4,000 individual embroidered pieces on the $22,000 investment. The reality as shown by the table below, are that the generated profits should produce a payback of about 2.5 to 3-years based on an average profit to the club of $15/piece, it would take under 1500 pieces for full payback of $22K. 
• Items that are 'Silk-Screened' will be retailed on the website and WAC would be responsible for Cost PLUS 25% (example: a Thermal Cup will retail @ $19.50; actual cost is $9.50 + $2.50 for screening; profit to the club of $7.50)
  • Budget $2.50 to $5.00 per screen printed item depending on size & colors used
