Develop a custom APP to run on IOS (Apple iPhones & Tablets) and Google Play (Android Devices)

1. This will be a fully functional APP that will work with both Apple and Android/Google mobile products
2. Private Groups:
   1. Groups must have 'Push' Notifications
   2. Groups must have messaging
   3. Groups must link to Offers & Bids
3. Trades:
   1. Instant purchases must be able to be made directly from the APP
   2. Instant sales must be able to be made directly from the APP
   3. Offers & Bids must be able to be made directly from the APP
   4. Commodities must be able to be listed directly on the APP
   5. Groups can Trade
4. Vendor Dashboard
   1. Vendors must have access to their respective 'Vendor Dashboard'
   2. Vendor access must include the ability to list commodities
   3. Vendor access must show basic stats including:
      1. Current Listings
      2. Trades
      3. Sales
      4. Commision due

DELIVERY: 6-8 weeks of programming and testing; once approved by vendor and retainer is paid, 2-3 weeks to get approval and listing on the respective APP Store

NOTE: Although the APP will be vetted and approved by both APPLE & GOOGLE, this will be considered a 'Private APP'; it will NOT be available for Free Download on either the Apple or Google store, users will have to join AFE online (on the website), be Approved, and then will have the ability to download directly to their device from the AFE site - this gives us increased control over who downloads and uses the APP as well as ensuring server resources are not improperly strained.

FEES/BUDGET:

1. Custom Programming - Custom APP Development: $22,000.00 to $30,000.00
   1. This fee includes all of the last minute changes requested by client to the AFE site
2. Developer APP Licensing Fee - $3,500.00 (this is a recurring ANNUAL FEE and will be invoiced yearly)

Payment Schedule:

1. Retainer to secure Developer License and commence custom programing, due now: $10,000.00
2. Upon 'APP Reveal' for client testing: $10,000.00
3. Balance: $5,000.00 - $10,000.00 - Upon Final Client sign-off and publication to both the IOS (APPLE) & Google Store (Android)
